I have practised in several areas of law and ended up in divorce law specialising in financial matters.In my spare time, I'm into running, hiking (plenty of mountains to go up in Norway!)

If you have the time to spare and are willing to jump in and dig around to find some subs, it will save you some money out of pocket.  

Remember when you buy new it will be a used appliance for your next tenant anyway.Buy spares when you come across good used ones to have for emergencies so you are not forced to pay top dollar when you need them.You are not buying for your personal use, they are tenants.

Right now, I don't have a lot of money but I do have time to spare.

Turnkey is sought for a couple of reasons:1) people are in an area that is not good for investing2) people that do not have time for another jobBRRRR is for those who have the spare time and ability to manage the rehab.

I like the e-mails about new content, but VERY sparingly (once a week at max). 

I store spare appliances in a storage building. 

If you have a spare you could move the person on the month to month lease to another unit away from the other tenant.
