Similarly, if vacant, inspect the property to ensure utilities are off and the doors are locked.

Title company found out because it was on the chain of title.I don't know if this is common practice since this is not the subject property to be on a loan.

Common question - "DSCR Loans" are going to have DSCR be calculated as Rent/PITIA (no prop mgmt fees, vacancy/credit loss or any other expenses counted).
