move out and turn it entirely into a rental.as i say in what seems like every post on BP right now, we are not in a 'cash flow' market with prices and rates high. 

Please keep us posted if you end up using them as your lender. 

Or they can try to find a locksmith (we only have two in this area) and pay $40 - $60 to get in.I realize this post was from 4 years ago, but my God - we can't get a locksmith into their truck for less than $200.

I know you see a LOT of posts @Jay Hinrichs, so give it a few days and I'm sure just like the Justin Nyugen guy we got, more people will feel comfortable coming out of the woodwork bringing up some cases related to these name which will help law enforcement.
