For that I'd say Title Closing Agents, if someone called in my markets and spoke with my primary ones about who does these "jazy" things I bet they'd point me out, or would at least pass on your info.

So it depends on the amount of the equipment.I have a CPA handling my taxes, and years ago, he set a $1,000 limit originally for deducting equipment which had been increasing over the years, so I no longer ask him annually.

Admittedly I am new-er to the Valley, but from driving all over it, it seems that the West Valley is going crazy...they are building as fast as they can. 2 new chip factories and tilt-ups everywhere.I'd bet on the West Valley if it were me....
