Hey @Dutch Mendenhall,I responded to an older post earlier this afternoon, but found this one, noticed you had been more recently active in it, and wanted to reach out here as well in the hopes that we can get this resolved ASAP.My IC Membership refund was approved 2/13/24, and was advised 2/19/24 that it would be processed that coming Friday (2/23/24).

I believe the one that does my tax mentioned using scorp due to our income but i seen its not advised to put real estate under scorp

I used to be an Adviser of a Chapter here locally that had a house.

My advise is to signup to 3 or 4 services and see which one works best for you.

If cashflow and/or proper leverage are important to you I would advise skipping condotels and honestly the greater Orlando area (for now)
