Just last year I had a company from Salt Lake City install a metering system for heat on my 12 plex.

Is there any real estate meetups or mentorship type stuff in the area of Staten Island New York?

Apparently there are some cities in LA County like Santa Monica and Inglewood which do not allow this.How do you check which cities allow/disallow SB 567 "just cause" eviction through "substantial remodels?"

Note that if the home is located within city limits, there is a high chance that you will be connected to city sewer lines.

For example, do you need a permit to swap out windows (lead renovation EPA requirements for the age of home or do you need tempered or fall protection) all the way to a city that has $3,000 permit fees. 

Does anybody have a good workaround for city ordinance restricting more than five unrelated occupants in a single-family residence?  

I have a property in Kansas City that has been freshly renovated.
