It WILL come down too... the manufacturers Rep of whatever product they used, to say if it is defective or not.

The name and the volume combined with all the hype out there as the cycle gets long in the tooth makes me suspect of anything guru/system related.

The HOA's are unavoidable in Maui but typically pricier and higher risk (erosion) with oceanfront.
