The areas I've focused on are Pompano, Lake Worth, Vero Beach, Orlando/Kissimmee/Deltona, and areas in between.

If I were to invest between the 2 it would have to be Whitney and probably near the lake. 

Our property is within a five minute drive to Montana’s well-known Flathead Lake.
