Instead of waiting 10 minutes below ground for the T to take me from south station to the financial district I would wear sneakers to work walk the 1.5 miles to the office, instead of waiting in line at the elevator in the morning I would walk up the stairs, instead of eating lunch at my desk or in the cafeteria I would walk 1/2 mile to the Boston common and eat there.

A couple of months ago my childhood best buddies and I rented a 7000 sq foot villa with 3 pools, an elevator, and a full time staff of 5 including a chef, driver, house manager and housekeepers with amazing ocean views in Phuket Thailand for less than $1000 per night.

it has an elevator and is a blessing and a curse, they are expensive but also helps people want to rent because it is a stilt house and is helpful for some of our aging travelers Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
