Too big for me to buy, but maybe I can sell it as a platform or something if anyone’s interested.Will post in the appropriate spot, but figured I’d mention it here and say that from what I’ve gathered from above, you need these types of proprietary deals where you can get creative and thoughtful to generate the returns.

It gets cumbersome, to say the least and I now appreciate more what some back office staff can do when focused on something like this.Anyways, under mint you can create categories for your spending so it's just a regular occurance to go into the platform and categorize your expenditures.Another option is to open a business account on a per property basis. 

Seems like Cozy, Turbotenant and Tenantcloud are the widely used property management platforms.

I believe the changes will only satisfy your personal not financial goals.If I were to change anything I would either run the front stairs straight up to the 2nd level as opposed to a platform and branch stairs to the sides.

I've tried a couple of different platforms, including signs/banners, Zillow leads, mail campaigns, and networking. 

What broker platform are you using?

REI is a stand alone investment platform.
