The fourth contractor said, he had never provided a detailed quote and didn't know if he could do it properly, but was willing to try.He didn't do too badly.Even to this day, I'm baffled by adversity of the renovation and construction trades to providing detailed quotes ... especially with all the software available to assist them {I even helped write one years ago}.I'm sure my observations are skewed by the size of businesses with which we deal.
