You'll attract the guests that will appreciate that and are willing to pay more for it. 

It takes a lot to design, get the deliveries, put everything together, and make sure it's ready for guests. 

I did have several people come over and verify the smoke smell and we found the evidence in the trash which I sent to the guest.

Once I got 11 turnkey rentals I got to accredited investor status and sold off the rentals for syndications.

It has value but you don't want to rely on it for anything more than fixing stuff the guest broke or snagged.

Also, it is very cool you've got to host so many different types of guests and actually enjoy the experience.
