Hidden value gems don't look as pretty and put together as those ones so if going the auction route, regardless of commercial or residential property, be prepared for some work to get good return on it.

As well as whether or not the deal holds out However, a lot of short sales can really help you make a hefty profit.Depending on your plans for the home, you can get a real gem for way below the value, throw a little work, if none at all into it, then sell it.

You can find gems anywhere.

My favorite gem is Gilbert which is seeing lots of growth, especially with the growth of the entertainment district area.

Deal was sort of complex we found this gem under a rock.
