The curb appeal of the home is the FIRST thing prospective buyers see and nice landscaping and decorative trim along with multi paint clors and nice stucco can make all the difference in the first impression.Also, I often move or demo walls to create a more open and/or fluid floor plan.

I tell them the rent and security deposit.So next email I am informed that my new tenant will send me a check for $3000 to cover first month's rent and deposit of $1500, and as soon as I get it will I immediately send another check to their interior decorator for $1500.....YOU BETCHA.
