I've been reading and there are many investors complaining about wholesalers not knowing the craft - I truly want to learn and be good and definitely not get a bad rep to start with.I'm not in Birmingham but it would be nice to have the names of those attorneys and/or title companies.

The legislators who crafted Dodd Frank reasoned if someone was savvy enough to own an investor property, they didn't need the strict government regulations hindering them and those savvy investors could compare lenders based on product and rate and terms vs. just what Fannie and Freddie gives them.Of course a 203K takes longer than cash.

So my suggestion is use free tools such as Realtor.com or Zillow until you are confident in your craft, then look for tools that will bring value through spend or additional features (such as showing previous listings pix or expired homes that didn’t sell etc)
