For information on the best approach for your particular case, I would recommend pairing the services of a licensed attorney and a good CPA in your state of operation.From a legal perspective, the number of LLCs are typically controlled by the types of assets the owners have, their risk aversion, the amount of money coming in, common practices of the business owner, and the number of assets.

@Gabe Gordon I understand the frustration because my buddy's car window was just smashed for a pair of pants and shoes. $180 for a new window and he had to wait 5 days because of all of recent smashes keeping the window guy busy.
