Right now my list is (in no particular order):Grays Ferry, Point Breeze, Bella Vista, Mantua, and Powelton Village.

I called around some landscaping companies near Little village in Chicago and they do not service the area.

I think the market here is under priced compared to its future value, but buildings like 15 CPW are quickly changing that.The West Village is trendy and expensive, but I just don't see the inherent value of the location unless you are very social and own a townhouse.

My personal favorite(s) are: (Save this)- Old North- Old Town East/King-Lincoln Bronze Ville- Merion Village - North Linden - Hungarian Village- Bexley - North HilltopThese are all of the areas that we can expect strong appreciation based on market trends and analytics.

Humble, Jersey Village and anything outside the north beltway are now "Close to Exxon".

Stowe Village - 6 Bedroom Short Term Rental

This is a small village (under 400 people).

For some of these homes, I am concerned about electrical and plumbing issues and would like to know typically how the city/village goes about evaluating these issues for a property that will be rehabbed.
