I formed an LLC for my vehicle transportation business.

The reason you see this happening in Pilsen is because it's proximity to Downtown along with plenty of mass transportation available. 

I believe it’s a very smart purchase mainly because potential instant equity, forced future equity and 3 revenue streams support by one purchase. 1) housing 2) transportation 3) food.

Also the fact that you're right here on the Panama Canal makes it easily accessible and affordable to transport goods to any and all international destinations.

What alternative transportation choices do you have, at what cost, and for how long?

Even the environmental impact is questionable when you consider materials used, how those materials are collected, the manufacturing process, transportation and installation, batteries, etc.

There is no doubt that tenant is going to say YES and will not think about the future of other tenants.It's a short term immediate gratification thing that all tenants believe they will get, but don't really understand enough economics to know that they will hurt all the non-regulated tenants in the future.I play on this is that I have been buying UNREGULATED Buildings in one of the most regulated Cities in the Country, NYC. 

I’m looking for something all inclusive if it exists...It would be ideal to know taxes, parcel number, existing liens, flood zone, owner, percentage or home owners vs renters, etc...for a property as well as median home prices and the crime/school/transportation ratings, all in one place.Any recommendations?
