That by no stretch of the imagination is a neutral color, and it's way to taste specific for a rental.

I would like to get this one right since I will be living in the home, so does anyone have any good recommendations for someone who can help me tastefully design the new kitchen, baths, and home in general?  

I know a lot of their very satisfied students here in KC, but personally his mentoring is a bit too expensive for my taste.

If you cannot prove that you had others looking to book your place, but didn't because it was booked by the defendant, it looks like you just want the money, and care nothing for the reduced value of the place because of what the government mandated covid panic caused.It was in poor taste to bring legal action for full funds after cancelation.

It comes more down to what flavor of ice cream you say blah to when tasting and which one you like.Some investors say they will make money at any cost but that is short lived and burn out occurs fast because when you do not enjoy it on some level then it wears you down.
