The jewelry will always be fake, the records will always be worn out, the "collectibles" will always be worthless, the furniture will always be particle-board trash, there will always be stuff you don't want to see, and you will always be able to practically smell, feel, and taste the human misery of the thing.

If you cannot prove that you had others looking to book your place, but didn't because it was booked by the defendant, it looks like you just want the money, and care nothing for the reduced value of the place because of what the government mandated covid panic caused.It was in poor taste to bring legal action for full funds after cancelation.

It comes more down to what flavor of ice cream you say blah to when tasting and which one you like.Some investors say they will make money at any cost but that is short lived and burn out occurs fast because when you do not enjoy it on some level then it wears you down.
