It's built on a very flexible, but simple platform (kind of a WP platform but tweaked specifically for REI's) and is quite powerful "out of the box".Customer service is outstanding (as told to me by clients), video training is outstanding and while they make things simple, it is still powerful and seems to convert leads into prospects very well.An SEO expert could get both to do great things, but in my opinion IC also makes it very easy for a beginner to get up and running with a very effective online presence.

If you can tweak your layouts the pre-fab stuff is great.

Here are some numbers on a property I analyzed recently, I was able to tweak numbers around a bit, but in reality this is the best property I have found in my area, which is more expensive.Did  anyone ever have any mistakes when analyzing properties that I may be making or do I just need to be more patient?

You can shift the numbers a lot by tweaking maintenance expense, etc.

If you set it up right in the beginning, the CPA or even CFO could come in a couple times a year and tweak & even give you advice on expenses so that you always know your numbers.5.

While there are definitely some things that we feel are lacking on the tenant side, (i.e: very basic online lease signing that makes it difficult to customize each lease you send out, no canned/generic responses for their email client, task/notification section could use tweaking) their accounting is awesome.
