But if you want to compare what really happened historically speaking, you go to Fed database and compare the chart analytics between home appreciation and money supply velocity.We have three institution now saying that home price would accelerate to 3% and that's a normal velocity.

Detroit is so big, I often think it should be shaped into Burroughs like NY City.I'd be really interested in any analytics you do on Detroit.
