I recently passed the New Jersey real estate exam and I’m now beginning my career as a realtor.

I am in my 3rd year of college and I am starting to narrow down on careers I want to pursue in my future.

I'm not looking to sell real estate as a career at this time, I just want access too the mls and be able to look at houses on my convenience. 

I'm also half way through my realtor's course but keep thinking that being a realtor may not be for me as a career but possibly worth doing if I want to keep doing REI.

Listening to bigger pockets made me realize exactly what I want to do as a career and that’s invest and be in the real estate business.

If the thought of that is unbearable & a career in Real Estate is your dream you will need to look into more active aspects of the business such as becoming an agent or doing flips.

If she can work into her schedule college or some other education that can help her advance in her career or to change fields do so.
