Avery,I am in Montreal, I have learned there is a particular market that is under served in the wheel chair accessible living segment. ie: larger bathrooms, ramps, easy to open door.

I personally wanted to do the work on the home myself but with a 203 k you have to get estimates from approved contractors and the money is paid out in stipends as the work on the house is done in segments, with periodic inspections of the house.

Here's a few market segments I think you have room to further expand on-commercial/ institutional developers and investors- appraisers- architects- engineers- Wall Street (real estate private equity funds, debt funds, reits, investment banks)I'll leave you with how to bring all these members on an entice them a bit but id love to see some of the conversations that would result.

I think interviews with attorneys and CPA's who invest in real estate themselves would be extremely interesting.Another suggestion is not in regards to guests, but in regards to a new segment where you and Brandon sing together.

As a novice in this market segment, I have ZERO issues with partnering with a more experienced investor, and giving up a sizable portion of the deal in order to acquire it, and then refinancing them out once I am eligible to do so with the property in our possession.
