The difference is simply on the investing side, and the capacity to invest beyond just the public exchanges.

there is a publication called Scottsman guide.. this will list a lot of the top lenders.keep in mind HML want to see some experience and skin in the game to get decent rates.

The only caveat is that if want the installer to pick them up they will charge you $35, otherwise, you need to transport them yourself.  

They generally get there sold prices from the public records and have little detail. 

Most other brokerages I spoke with had additional recurring fees on top of the above minimum costs.As far as commission splits I'm not sure what I can publicly share so I'll play it safe and just say that its similar to what KW offered but without the recurring fees and can be negotiable and go up over time.

I liked the fact that Realeflow automatically pulled public records and property history while also having a SCRUM board feature. 

It was kind of a shocker to me.. the paper just pulls public records and reports..:)
