-what about pots, pans, cooking utensils?

You have 40 artistic close-ups of pots, books, and other decor but hardly any photos showing what the person is actuall renting.

Not sure of your goals with real estate investing, but I have a 14-month old (who's currently destroying pots and pans from the sound of things) and if you can house hack, I would highly recommend it.

She smokes POT and cigarettes in a non smoking building.

I have a problem, while moving my tenant slammed a kitchen cabinet door and a pot handle went through the thin front of a builder grade shaker cabinet door.

For the guy that’s had success in CLE and sounds like still sees it as a honey pot, what areas do you recommend ?

I know this is slightly higher than current investment mortgage rates, but I am wondering more about the long term - would it be worth it to have a higher ongoing interest rate for a pot of money that gives me flexibility?
