Already we're seeing some fear in the market as stocks and crypto turn. 

I'm not sure I could have pushed through the fear of such a huge financial decision if I wasn't working with a realtor that I knew and trusted.

I can't get over the fear of "I'm missing something, just to a little more research."

My fear is that she will harm the property prior to leaving or not move out at all, forcing me to start an eviction process.

So i'm 24, currently looking to purchase my first rental property - a SFH 3br, 1-2bathrooms, sub 200K, but i've been hesitant to purchase because i don't yet trust myself, and a bit of fear, since obviously it's my first.

I was stuck in analysis paralysis for a time because I was so anxious and afraid to reach out to sellers or other investors for fear of sounding "stupid".

The motivation behind my median approach is a statement by Warren Buffet that goes:“Be greedy when others are fearful, be fearful when others are greedy”.This being said, I am still making offers and looking for good deals.
