Who writes and sends personal hand-written thank you cards anymore when you can email, text, or message clients on any social media platform?

This could work if you A) grew up in that area and understood the culture B) Had multiple and again able to spread the costs/problems...

This is even more so if it's just a few houses, you need many to spread the costs.Cheap houses work and it's been proven, you just need to be the right fit.
