The building I purchased had a garage, and every tenant I interviewed asked about garage space.

I know there are interview questions to be asked but any feedback or PM recommendations are greatly appreciated if I decide to take this route

Are candidates carefully scrutinized through an interview process, or will brokerages take any and all salespeople they can get their hands on?

Best I can guess is during DD interview each resident and get them to sign an estopfel letter capturing what they remember and agree to.  

She pretty quickly announced to me that she would email me a link for a webcam interview online tomorrow night.
