Bottom line is that there are tons of people out there looking for private money lenders and you really don't need an intermediary like RealtyShares to help find them for you.

I started in Accounts Receivables which uniquely crossed over to commercial finance, basically a free marketing arm for the companies I was a registered "intermediary" with.
