Wouldn’t an FHA 203k loan allow you to buy a distressed property considering the loan includes renovation costs?

We already have the construction experience/sub crews needed to flip homes anywhere within a 120 mile radius of Nashville, TN (including Chattanooga).

@Rakumarudu Nijam Section 8 tenants take more time to manage as they are Class C or D and many don'[t want to lift a finger to do anything themselves - this includes filling out their own S8 paperwork!

In other words, did the appraiser not include any relevant comparables and/or data/facts, that would be better support for the Subject in the market.
