From the floor plan the 5th bedroom has no closet and doesn't show an egress window is it really a bedroom or are we calling it that to justify the hefty price tag-Sorry if this is harsh it's just what stands out to me. 

It sounds a bit insane and harsh, but depending on where you are starting from, that is the most realistic way to become a Real Estate Millionaire.

Maybe 'Clowns' was sort of a harsh term.

The eviction law is so harsh on landlord here...I'll ask the lawyer again if I can serve by certified mail.  

"Won't" is too harsh but you're certainly "less likely".
