However, my first thought reading your post was that a purchase price of $59,500 is extremely low for a DSCR loan - most DSCR lenders require a minimum loan amount of $75-$100k.

Having your "core 4" (Realtor, Property manager, Contractor, Lender) is extremely important. 

This explains why consumer sentiment has remained depressed despite unemployment being extremely low and inflation is down dramatically (9% to 3.2%).

I don't even have a security deposit and the card they have on file is not even active anymore so I assume all the 3rd party company could do is take me to collections which I would fight since these charges seem extreme to me.
