Thoughts or criticism of my plan are encouraged

The current lender I am talking with stated they are only concerned about the income stream of the properties which is encouraging but I want to make sure I am moving in the right direction and taking full advantage of all opportunities because 30yrs fixed at 5% sounds much better than an ARM after 5yrs.Thank you for any feedback, this community is fantastic!

The point – for any client, I would encourage careful review of fees assessed.

I decided long ago that I want single family homes in B & C class neighborhoods that are sustaining or growing in population.I come across a lot of investors at my meetings that are encouraging me to invest in Cleveland multifamily homes because the cash flow is so amazing.As mentioned in previous posts - I have a business that provides me with 6 figures + right and growing - so cash flow is not a problem.
