Our phone calls ring to both our cell phones, and since my wife and I both work separate jobs, sometimes it's hard keeping track of who answers calls and what follow up is needed.This weekend I found a way to integrate our current CRM software with our Outlook calendars which will enable us to set reminders for when it is time to follow up with sellers.

On the other hand I feel that I need every spare cent to pay bills and save up for our next property to make it further in life and it feels like I might be paying towards something that never ever happens, I'm torn.With the retirement annuity, I do believe in not putting all my eggs in one basket and it’s a very good idea, but I feel that if I take life cover and a retirement annuity my expenses will equal my income, and I'll just be living from pay cheque to pay cheque which will put a huge setback on buying our next property.FYI, I'm 31 years old if that makes a difference?

Okay, I play;BP didn't exist on my first deal, the internet didn't exist, bag phones didn't much less cell phones, computers did exist, they were the size of a room and ran off punch cards, 0010011010010011100101,Josh and Brandon hadn't been born yet I'd bet, so my first deal can't really go to their credit.

Since it's total property, you would just need to create a small table with something like this:Investor A cells: Contribution, percentage ownership (contribution/total investment), profit amount (percent ownership X profit for time period X).That's if I understood your question correctly.
