Am I pipe dreaming?

AS it relates to work force housing in my mind rent that has not been paid will never be paid at least by the tenant.. thats just not reality and for sure just a pipe dream.  

I want to thank Brandon and David for inspiring to me to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate investor. 

If you're relatively central and you're like a lot of people who have experienced working from home during the pandemic, you may dream of a home with two offices or a pool.

I created spreadsheets to analyze all types of costs and methods of ownership and comparison tables... and I actually joined this community to learn how to use REI to help fund my aviation dreams.  

Think of it this way: One good agent, One good mentor, One good lender, One good wholesaler = the life you dreamed of.

I'm 31 years old and I kind of feel like this is a long shot/pipe dream.

Basically my partner and I are 17 years old as of right now & We have desired dreams of becoming full time Investors.

Coupled with the launch of my podcast, these deals would give me the credibility boost I'd been dreaming of.
