Before I forget, you should look at Nichiha Fiber Cement products for a siding alternative, city and architects will like it because it's fire retardant, they have a profile called "Illuminations" that looks like metal panels, plus a ton of other profiles.Any way, I wanted to ask you if you can let me know the name of the bank you used and the contact you have for it?

Just rent it out short term to an attorney, dentist, office etc. and then let the developers come a knocking to buy you out at a premium.It's a huge advantage to know land development as what someone else sees as a massive issue for residential I know it will be a huge payday for commercial when the transition happens.

Work includes:- Obtain necessary permits- Remove concrete where needed for excavation- Excavate along the basement foundation wall and haul away soil- Remove the existing drain tile line and downspout line- Once the foundation wall has been exposed, cement parging will be used on any areas of foundation where the block isexposed.
