I was contacted by the head basketball coach from the community college and he wants to rent the property for his coach and players. 

A special thanks to all of my friends and business contacts that worked with George and treated him with respect as if he were an adult during this journey.This is not a result of a massive coaching program, this was just a little advice and connections with a bunch of hard work.

I feel like I'm ready to jump out here but could uses some one on one coaching to help me out along the way.

Another 'professional wholesaler coach' that posted in one of my threads had outright lies in his FAQs that he uses to fleece homeowners to sell to him cheap. 

I am a 43 year-old 6th grade teacher and football coach.  

It seems they are just an event company, and thus (hopefully) not trying to pump education or coaching down our throat at the event, but I don't know much about their speakers either.
