Like is a hot and cold line got reversed or a bad circuit etc. if your getting a loan on the property then the appraiser needs to do a 442 for the lender and everything needs to be ship shape.

Only negative I can think of is you'd have people who living near a cemetary would be a "deal breaker", but there are tons of other things that can be deal breakers also.
