Hi BP, I just sold the property, and have 70k to redeploy currently in a 1031 exchange escrow.Basically have two weeks to identify another property and wondering what is best available option out there right now, given interest rates and economy, and properties being at all time high valuation.Currently already have portfolio of property, and can also chip in extra capital/funds to buy something larger.Has anyone successfully executed a 1031 with limited time frame and or recently given all the constraints going on?
