Our concern is which flooring is best in this situation and are the costs we are seeing reasonable (quoted price for the flooring alone is $6.75 sqr ft  from local supplier).One other thing to consider is we have a large dog.Appreciate any comments or suggestions.Kevin

They have good pricing on this sink compared to other suppliers, around $300.You asked Tim about the subway tiles, and I'm sure he'll answer that for you but I'll chime in with my 2 cents as well.

When I did 6 of my other units, I found a local greenhouse supplier that had 300 foot rolls of black poly that was 160 psi.

You would be hard pressed finding suppliers who would give you a builder's discount.

I also have the folks at my materials supplier do an independent takeoff. 

Anyone have a really good amenities suppliers, e.g., hotel/motel shampoo, soap, conditioner, snacks, etc supplier?
