You need to ask yourself your goals in regards to asset protection, anonymity, and tax benefits.Start with a real estate focused CPA and get their input.

Having followed up with lots of research and consultation with lawyers, I can confidently say that his advice on the use and proper structuring of LLCs to optimise asset protection and anonymity has turned out to be pretty accurate.
