Every SEO client I get then equates to X# of doors.

Though they say that they're amazing at SEO, I didn't really see any benefit of using them - in fact, I think the fact that the process was so depersonalized may have hurt the booking rate rather than helped it.I currently have a client who is using Vacasa and is considering switching to self-management, which I would assist with.

The key in my opinion is to have a site that looks like a website (for SEO) but acts like a squeeze page for lead capture.

I want to start marketing myself to help find properties for wholesaling and since I'm starting out I don't want to spend money on things that probably won't help.Should I work more on the online side(BP, Website, SEO, adwords, content marketing) or more print/offline marketing(bandit signs, yellow cards, newsletter, etc)Of course I would like to do both down the road but starting out what gives you more bang for your buck?

I have some knowledge on the website stuff (SEO, list building, conversions, etc).I have money to market to motivated sellers and I have a minimum of 30 hours per week to dedicate to this.

Though you can trade SEO for paid advertising such as Adwords

Would recommend doing some reading on SEO/SEM so you can promote that business fairly cheaply :)
