Very few people know my area as well as I do (I grew up here) heck, I know where all kinds of things are that folks that have lived here for 20 years have no clue about.

Not sure I would have tried it out if the minimums were $100k.But, as with anything, experience leads to comfort/confidence and I quickly grew from those $5-10k "tests" to RE deals that require 20-30+ times that and yes, Ben, it is easier and now makes way more sense to me. 

The population here grew around .5% in the last 5 years (650k-653k).As for Real Estate, prices are beginning decrease, and some people can't sell their houses for the over-inflated prices they used to be able to sell them for.

I grew up in NY.

I work for a fortune 500 company and I grew quickly in the company taking on new challenges.I have a good title and earn a 6 digit income.However, I am very overworked and always in high stress.

I just returned to a full time J O B after 5 yrs of RE.I did RE pimpin and loan origination for my day to day cash flow and grew my portfolio.Now, I returned back to a day job back in Feb and am very glad I did.

I have no direct family here but this is where my wife grew up and she has a fairly large family here.
