Local to Nashville, TN would be a plus!

Looking for recommendations on a lawyer in Nashville, TN.

In general, I'd look at a tertiary city of any major city in the midwest (Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, etc.) or southeast (Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta and Nashville may be too expensive but you could look at Knoxville or Chattanooga).

It is 45 minutes away from Nashville, right next to a military base, has a college inside the town and because of the growth of the city has a giant increase in blue collar workers over the past few years.Since housing prices have shot threw the roof, rent still has not caught up to the price of the market which makes it very difficult to impossible to find single family and small multi family's that will work with traditional strategy's. 

I am looking to connect with developers based in or developing in the Nashville area. 

They’re trying to develop it into a bigger city than it is to be more of a “major” city between Atlanta, Knoxville and Nashville

One of my friends who lives in Nashville found a nee construction house $300k (4 bed 3 bath), and is seeking to invest along with me.

If you were looking at an apartment in Nashville (Davidson County) and let’s use a 2022 closing, the increase due to the sale wouldn’t be realized until 2025.
