If there's a problem, I want help now and don't want to deal with voice menu hell.Cons:The set-up interface could be better designed, but if you or your tenant has any questions, again, great customer service is available.Processing time is several days, and over a holiday weekend like this one, it can be 5 days before the money is available in my bank account.

It's counter intuitive, but raising rents brings better applicants (they have better expectations too, so don't try class C rents/apts on these folks).Yes, YE rentals are iffie as who wants to move during the holidays.

Quick answer is...When ever doing something with someone else… Outline clearly what each person’s responsibilities are… Most if not all problems that arise will come from disagreements or one party “not pulling their weight”…Also, make a giant to do list… then assign “who” and what “time frame” the items are to be completed.
