Hey BP community,I am an investor with two single family properties in Northwest Arkansas.

I posted here to get some insights from our community so that I can ensure that I am not missing anything. 

Day One and I can already say this community is as legit and good as it gets.

Longboat Key and Siesta Key are two ideal locations for those seeking luxury properties in exclusive but less crowded areas.Orlando: Although more commonly known for its tourism industry, Orlando is emerging as a luxury market due to the rise of high-end gated communities and its proximity to theme parks.

Wanted to reach out to the community and make sure it wasn't a necessity to create an LLC as soon as possible because I would like to make sure I hedge my risk as much as possible in case an emergency would occur at or with a property I purchased and own outright, thanks. 

I'm eager to learn from the experiences of this community and grateful for any guidance you can provide.

I am still super excited even after about a year now of learning and entering into the community, yet to achieve a wholesale deal.

Do you have suggestions of how to vet people in my REI community?

It's important to me to act ethically, and it seems like one of the major goals of this site is to foster a community of investors that reflects well on real estate investment as a whole.
