I was planning on doing a double closing and use transactional funding for this deal. 

I did as much due diligence as I could -- double check their numbers, check schools, look at the property in Google Earth, etc.When it came time for an inspection, I got referrals from BP members on who to use.

I buy double wides on their own land (not in parks).  

We are able to get double digit returns with very a passive investment.

If so, are there any attorneys you would recommend using for double closings or assignment of contracts?

My portion would double, but still it's a jump.

You don't have to disclose to Seller how much you make, especially if you do a double closing.

Does anybody in the Clarksville, TN area know of a closing company that actually knows of and actually executes double closings?

I believe I have a gist of how to complete a double closing, I just want to be completely sure.
