Do I simply need an estate attorney to write up a Transfer on Death Assignment, or is there a different process in Missouri to ensure smooth transfer of ownership into my Trust?

My main takeaway is GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING before you start because that’s when people are the happiest.

They're used to clarify things in writing when there is no lease in writing with the tenant already.

If the second, they still have to present the offer which is why I make sure it's in writing.
