The properties I'm looking at are around 400k to 460KThe other option is to buy one or 2 cheaper rental units in say Orlando ( I lived there before and my family owns a rental there so I know the area better)with option one, it would be a good deal after I move if I could get a rent rate similar to the building I'm renting from or about 3800, but I have seen people list there 3bd 2 ba for around $2500 $2700 not sure why there is a significant disparity the SQF are about the same and the amenities are similar.

Each panel is 55 “ wide so plenty of coverage with two panels.

Hello BP lender community,I’ve been shot down a couple of times by conventional lenders telling me that the VA will not approve of 5 acres with a double wide and two singles.

Again, we know bias raises its head in everything and clearly there where cases where this has occurred but I personally dont feel its wide spread as some people will make it out to be.

I realize that each deal is widely varied so there is no way to have a one size fits all approach so I am more looking to understand the math and how it may relate to this potential occurrence.
