If you do not recognize the true comps to your property (ie. what prospective tenants consider when looking for a place to rent), you can put yourself in a precarious position; one in which you can never get ahead.

It sounds like you're really hustling to get ahead financially, but I get how frustrating it can be when things aren't going as planned.

So you're ahead paying off those loans first.Then I would not buy a townhome probably anywhere in DFW.
